Roger de Harnaville

Roger de Harnaville was among those who gained great honor in repulsing Soliman, when he attempted to raise the siege of Nicaea. On this occasion the Christians made a great slaughter of the Infidels; and in order to terrify the besieged, then cut off the heads of the slain and shot them from their mangonels, and other warlike engines, into the city.
